You may include your green property listing in the flash presentation on our home page ‘FEATURED GREEN PROPERTIES' by emailing your request. Your property photo will link directly to your detail listing view. ‘FEATURED GREEN PROPERTIES' are listed on our home page for 90 day intervals. The rate for inclusion in this area is $250 for 3 months. Space is limited to 12 properties at any given time. Your request for inclusion in this area may be wait-listed as space permits. Your email should include your state, user name, and a phone number to reach you.

Our criteria is based on 11 categories as set forth by the U. S. Green Building Council Green Checklist . Your property must have at least 1 green feature in a minimum of 8 of these categories: Location, Size, Building Design, Insulation, Windows and Doors, Green Building Materials, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Water Efficiency, Indoor Environmental Quality and Landscaping.

Yes, you can list your property free! There is no charge for the general listing portion of our website. You can create a user ID and password at the “List Free” link, then load your property. You will NOT be prompted for payment at any time during this process. Paid advertising is available for the Featured Green Property Listing home page flash, and GREEN Directory listings for services and products only.

You may list any number of properties one time each. Duplicate entries will be removed.

Your listing will remain on National GreenList for 6 months, if you sell your home, please sign into your account and delete your listing, or notify us so we can remove it keep our data accurate for other members of this community.
